Web Apps Still Lagging Way Behind Native iOS Apps

While a slew companies like Google would love to have us all use web apps instead of native iOS apps, in order to avoid having to deal with Apple and the App Store terms and conditions, and to save money on development, the heyday of web apps is not for anytime soon. According to Appsfire, half of the time spent by users on their iPhone, iPad and iPod touch is dedicated to native apps, five times more than the time they spend using the mobile browser and web apps.
