as previously reported. As for the screen that will come with the device, the Foxconn source confirmed the fact that the iPhone 5 will indeed come with an ‘edge-to-edge’ screen. This new design will allow Apple to offer a larger, 4-inch screen, without increasing the size of the phone.
The iPhone 5 is expected to be released before the summer, and will sport the new Apple A5 processor already featured in the iPad 2. Apple is currently giving final touches to its prototypes, and mass production should start soon. Foxconn, a Taiwan-based electronics company, assembles all iPhones, iPods and iPads on hehalf of Apple.
