MyWi and TetherMe Users: AT&T is Going After You (Still)

Many owners of jailbroken iPhones have been using apps such as MyWi and TetherMe to tether devices to their phone, without having to pay for the specific, $20 a month tethering plan required by AT&T.

So far, the wireless provider did not seem to mind much, and despite a couple of extreme cases in which at&t suspended the user’s account, the vast majority of MyWi and TetherMe users have been using the feature on a daily basis without any hiccups.

White iPhone 4 Finally Available

As announced yesterday, the white iPhone 4 finally hit store shelves late last night, in a slew of countries across the world. The phone can be purchased at all Apple retail locations, at the Apple online store, and most AT&T and Verizon stores in the U.S.

The device was released almost a year after the launch of the original black iPhone 4, back in June 2010. If you’re looking for a great-looking iPhone 4, the device will set you back $199 for the 16GB version, and $299 for the 32GB version, the same price as the black iPhone 4 – note that you will be required to sign-up for a new 2-year voice and data plan.
