Features
• Bill and Income payments now remember the last account they were made with.
• Balance Transfers can now be made between accounts.
• All Tags are now available when creating and editing transactions, not just the tags associated with transactions in the account that you are creating / editing a transaction in.
• Automatic Transaction AutoFill now enabled by default for new installations (this can be changed by going to the Settings App and editing Budgeted's AutoFill preference).

Bug Fixes
• Fixed a bug that caused some budget titles to appear too small on the iPhone 5.
• Various graphical fixes.
