With the Engage app, developed by E-View Connections, you’ll receive Deaf news and updates, as well as Deaf community events on your phone via MMS messages — meaning video, yes, video, so you really can engage. All video messages are specific to your present GPS location. Better yet, all video messages are in ASL!
Engage helps keep you safe with Emergency Alerts sent via text message, accompanied by phone-awakening vibrations and flashing alerts to grab your attention in times of weather or other emergency. Engage uses patent-pending technology that allows you to travel anywhere in the United States and automatically receive Emergency Alerts (and other updates) relevant to your current location. This means no more signing up for Emergency Alerts with multiple local municipalities or manually interacting with apps on your phone to update your location (as you commute home or fly across the country)!
