TapMap is the international maps-application for your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with a lot of functions.
Find with the Comfort-search restaurants and places all over the world. Tweet your current position and compare routes with the shared map view. TapMap also provides detailed information on the 20 largest metropolitan regions and cities in Germany with images, links, etc. With the Compass function the map rotates if you are moving and with the BingMaps function routes can be calculated.
The various functions:
- Comfort-Search (also supports coordinate-search, ideal for geocaching)
- Maps, satellite and hybrid view
- Twitter and Mail integration for sending your current position (with coordinates, altitude,…)
- Splited map view for comparing routes and distances
- BingMaps for route calculation and StreetSide
