Everyone has goals they are trying to achieve. We need habits to reach those goals. Unfortunately, it seems most goal oriented habits are hard to develop. The accountability app helps you define the habit you need to reach your goal, ask you at your chosen time if you completed your habit and then loads an email to your accountability partner with info on how you did.
