Late last night, Apple started rolling out iTunes enhancements, including much longer song previews. iTunes users can now enjoy 90-second long previews, quite an increase when compared to the 30-second previews available to date.
Not all songs seem to be ready yet, as it appears that Apple is rolling out the new feature in separate batches, but it should only take a couple of days for Apple to complete the roll-out.
Note that only songs longer than 2 minutes and 30 seconds offer a 90-second preview, while shorter songs only offer a more traditional 30-second preview.
