Want to be Sure to Get an iPad 2 Tomorrow? Buy it at Best Buy

While buying an Apple-branded device from Best Buy is certainly not as glamorous as buying it from an Apple retail store, you will be much more likely to get the iPad 2 of your dreams tomorrow by visiting one of the electronics giant’s stores. Best Buy just announced that the iPad 2 will be available at all of its retail and mobile locations as early as 5 PM local time tomorrow, at the same time the Apple retail stores will re-open their doors to sell the new device as well. However, Best Buy will also hand out purchase vouchers to potential buyers as early as 4:30PM, on a first come, first serve basis. And if waiting in line for hours is not your thing, Best Buy will also offer the opportunity to reserve your iPad 2 for in-store pick-up beginning on March 12, with a fully refundable $100 deposit. By then, some – if not all – iPad 2 models may already be out of stock, so be sure to check the availability of the model of your choice on bestbuy.com first. The iPad 2 will come in 18 flavors, as Apple will give the choice between 3 different wireless options (WiFi-only, WiFi+GSM, WiFi+CDMA), 3 different storage capacities (16GB, 32GB, 64GB), and 2 colors (black and white).
