1. Setup Personal Information in Setting page
- Name, Height, Start and Due date or your exercise
2. Setup Body part using "item setting" menu in Setting page
- add body part like waist, exercise like jogging which you want to manage
3. Setup check list using "check list" menu in Setting page
4. Input record in Diet Note page.
- Press big category button in the bottom to change item
- Just touch the date for inserting new record
5. Monitor your body status.
- Touch each item in main page to see report, graph, list pages.
- Touch item name in graph page to compare item with another item.
