Check your fitness level by measuring your heart rate during exercise and your recovery time after exercising.

Your resting, training, and recovery heart rates are important because they tell you about of the health of your whole cardiovascular system, not just our heart.

A recovery heart rate of greater than 35 BPM after one minute indicates almost no risk of sudden death from heart disease!

A recovery of 12 or less increases the risk dramatically. If your recovery is less than 12 consult with a doctor before engaging in physical activity.

Heart Rate Recovery records your sessions and allow you to synchronize your data between your iPhone and your iPod or iPad.

Use it after jogging, walking, biking, boxing, riding, cycling, soccer, cricket, hockey, tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, lacrosse, wrestling, swimming, softball, etc.

Notes on camera heart rate sensor:
1- Some cases make it difficult for your finger to cover the camera. In that case, change or remove the case, or tap the screen to measure your heart beat (see instructions and settings).
2- If you press your finger too hard against your iPhone it will stop the blood flow in your finger and the camera won't be able to read you heart rate.
3- Devices that do not have a flash with the camera need a good amount of light for the heart rate sensor to work well. Sunlight is the best light for faster measurement and better precision.

Note about usage: this software should be used for educational use only and should not be used for diagnostic or treatment. Always consult a doctor before starting a new training program.
