Intermittent Fasting the easy way! The iFasters app allows you to plan your fasts for the week and track your weight loss progress over time.

Using an easy-to-follow menu system, iFasters will remind you when your fast is about to start and finish and display a useful graph of your efforts so you can see your progress at a glance.

This app is suitable for all types of fasts; Alternate Day Fasting, The 5:2 Method, Daily Fasts or 24hr Fasts.


- A timer (with optional alerts) to count down until your fast is complete.
- Progress chart to show how many fasts you have completed and how long they were for each day.
- Monitor your kilojoules/calories consumed and your weight loss progress (great for alternate day fasters).
- The option to set reminders notifying you before your fast starts and when it ends.
- Program your fasts in advance and have them repeat each week.

What's new in version 1.1
