--HOWTO--
[1]Please enter your basic information, like height, weight, and target weight.

[2]Every time you measure your weight, please input your weight, body fat percentage, any necessary icon such as “ate too much”, “feel bad” etc. and comments.

[3]Check your weight, body fat percentage, fluctuation, and BMI.
The data is shown in the list and line chart, so that you can see the fluctuation of your weight/body fat percentage at a glance and you can also understand the relation between weight and your lifestyle by the icons on the graph.
You can switch the graph scale by week, month, 3 months or half a year.

Repeat [2][3], and please come close to your target weight.

We offer a “Support Mail” service which encourages you to continue using this function beyond the usual 3 day limit. We support your “Weight Control” by encouraging you to keep on using it, or providing reminders not to eat too much in the seasons when you tend to eat a lot.
※We consider the Mail Registration date to be the first day of your “Weight Control” program, and send appropriate content according to the number of elapsed days, so please subscribe to the ”Support Mail” service right away.
