Notestand (notes & discussions)

Notestand is where your notes become alive.

With Notestand, you can quickly save your notes, writings, and ideas, which are kept organized in simple folders, and optionally share and discuss these notes with other users. You do this by adding a group of people to a folder, and that folder becomes a "discussion hall", where all members can discuss and collaborate with the the rest of the group.

It features a fast and simple interface, automatic syncing and backing up of notes, real time discussions with other users with Facebook-style notifications, and folder "actions", which let you automatically upload new notes to Dropbox, Facebook, and Twitter.
