NYC.IT - Italian American Magazine for iPad

NYC.IT (NEW YORK CITY – ITALIA), formally known as NEWYORKCITYVENEZIA (2003) and NYCVE (2009), and now available also for iPhone and iPod Touch, is the Italian magazine published by Mazzanti Editori, operating in Venice and New York. Every issue has got a dossier and different sections focused on economy, society, art, science and culture, paying a special attention to compare the international connection between Italy and United States and to the social and cultural aspects of tourism. Under this perspective, NYC.IT is characterized by attention to activities and areas of the economic life that can be considered as aspects of that 'territory governance' regarding international city, like New York City Firenze, Milan, Pisa, Rome and Venice. Magazine features contributions by the U.S. General Consulate Milan and U.S. Embassy Rome, collaborations with Italy USA Foundation (Rome), Venetian Community of New York, Foundation of Italian Art and Culture (New York) and Academy of Fine Arts of Venice.

NYC.IT (NEW YORK CITY – ITALIA), già NEWYORKCITYVENEZIA (2003) e NYCVE (2009), è la rivista italiana edita da Mazzanti Editori, attivi fra Venezia e New York City. Ogni numero ha un dossier e diverse sezioni focalizzate su tematiche inerenti economia, società, arte, scienza e cultura, con una particolare attenzione per il confronto internazionale fra il contesto italiano e quello americano e gli aspetti socio-culturali del turismo. In questa prospettiva, NYC.IT si caratterizza per l’attenzione verso attività ed ambiti della vita economica che possono essere considerati come aspetti della ‘governance del territorio’ alla quale sempre più spesso sono chiamate città dalla vocazione fortemente internazionale, quali New York City, Firenze, Milano, Pisa, Roma e Venezia. La rivista si avvale di contributi del Consolato Generale Usa di Milano e dall’Ambasciata Usa di Roma, oltre alle collaborazioni con la Fondazione Italia-USA che ha sede a Roma, con l'Associazione Veneti a New York e la Foundation of Italian Art and Culture che hanno sede a New York e dell’Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia.
