Strongr is a straightforward training log for dedicated weightlifters and bodybuilders. Serious about training? Easily track your performance, get more from your efforts in the gym and make real progress.

Effortlessly plan, perform and monitor. Structure your workouts and combine into periodised programs. See progress in cleanly designed graphs and stats (Strongr Pro).

What's new in version 1.0.1
FIXED: Some users reported issues when switching between KG and LBS. This has now been resolved. All weight values should now update universally across the app whenever you switch between them.
FIXED: The '+' button would get covered up when adding 12 or more exercises in the 'add exercises' area. This has now been resolved. You can now add as many exercises as you wish!

We aim to address all other reported issues with v1.0 over the next series of updates; along with other improvements and new features. Thanks for bearing with us in the meantime.
