What's new in version 3.0
SwiftCall 3.0 revamps analytics and makes call sessions swifter than ever! The Dashboard's Weekly Summary will now show you comparisons to how you performed last week. These analytics give you a better picture for how well you are reaching your call goals. The Call Center now also enables lead editing while in call sessions so you can change details on the fly (like adding an email or a subgroup). There are a variety of improvements throughout many of SwiftCall's features. SwiftCall 3.0 also fixes minor issues, including one that was impacting subgrouping in limited circumstances and one that impacted some revenue recording.
