This app helps you track your progress while following the 10-Minute Trainer workout program. You therefore need a copy of the 10 Minute Trainer workout program to use this app. Visit to purchase a copy if you don't own one.

I'm a developer who loves to stay fit and needed a way to track my progress interactively. So I developed this app to help me track my 4 week workout for the 10-Minute Trainer workout program. This app allows you to:

- Check off each workout completed and the date you completed it
- Choose among 2 schedules, Getting Started and Advanced Schedule
- Choose the workouts you completed each day: 10, 20, or 30 Minutes!
- See what workout you've got next
- Create a photo-log of your progress
- View photo-log in cover-flow like interface
- Track common measurements like weight and waist size
- Plot progress on interactive chart
- Add notes to each workout
- Post workout completions to Facebook and Twitter
- and much more!
